- CRM Administration: Provision of Correct Storage, Updates and
Analysis of data in the CRM system, control over their quality, interaction with
service providers. Making Business-
Decisions. - Process optimization: Identifying opportunities for improving current
reporting systems and proposals for their optimization.
Required competencies:
- Power Bi: Basic Dashboard and Report Skills, Data Integration with
. - Excel: Certain Master of Data Processing Tools (Formula,
Consolidated Tables, Graphics, Power Pivot, Power Query, OLAP Cuba ) .I
