Job Description / Key Responsibilities
- Evaluates the effectiveness of sales strategies and campaigns, determining what works and what doesn't
- Prepare and provide regular and ad-hoc reports to field units and stakeholders
- Consistently focus on automation of reporting and analytical processes
- Monitoring and development of business model tools and stimulation of field sales growth
- Development and post-evaluation of field programs with further improvement
- Analytical support for projects\programs
Experience
- At least 1 year of work experience as an analyst/ reporting specialist
Skills and competencies
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns and make logical conclusions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau would be an advantage
Main duties:
- Providing daily information for effective functioning of the sales department
- Supporting the management decision-making process
