Sales analyst in Filip Morris Ukrayina*

The company Philip Morris Sales and Distribution invites you to cooperate as a Sales Analyst.

POSITION:

Provide structured and up-to-date business and market information to Regional Management, Information Systems and Point of Sale staff. 

Ensure timely and accurate entry, compilation and reporting of collected sales data; provide ongoing support to relevant regional divisions in the use of information systems.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Ensure structured and accurate collection of sales data from personnel, who works with points of sale and entering the correct data into all relevant sales systems.
• Ensure that regional management and staff who work with points of sale are provided with key information on market dynamics, production performance, success of sales and distribution units, KPI analysis and exception reporting.
• Participate in the development, improvement and tracking of functional KPIs that measure progress towards the defined strategy , and thus support the planning and decision-making processes.
• Support the implementation of sales department systems in the assigned region.
• Contribute development of programs for sales department systems, as well as contribute to further improvement of data management processes.

 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education.
• Experience in a specific field: at least 1 year in international or large Ukrainian companies related to market research, reporting, sales and distribution analytics or volume planning sales.
• High level of knowledge in the field of MS Office software (Excel and Power Point at an advanced level)
• Experience in data visualization, knowledge of SQL, VBA will be an additional advantage
• An intermediate level of English is desirable.
