Sales Analyst in Forsazh, Rekrutingovaya kompaniya

Friends! We are looking for a specialist for the position of Sales Analyst for our client - a European company in Ukraine.

Tasks: 

1. Consolidation of data from various internal systems, preparation of analytical reports to support management decisions; 
2. Interaction with stakeholders (executives, managers) to collect requirements for analytical reporting, correct errors and present results;  Communication with users in order to improve their understanding and use of new and existing analytical tools, drawing up instructions.
3. Calculation and filling in the system of planned indicators; 
4. Formation and coordination of technical tasks, test cases for the IT development team to build new analytical solutions and improve existing tools; Control of the work processes of the outsourced team
5. Identification of technical problems in analytical reporting and development of solutions to support business goals; 
6. Proactive role in the reporting automation process;  
7. CRM system administration
8. Analysis of trade marketing activities

Requirements:

1. Higher education (mathematical, economic, technical); 
2. Experience of working in a similar position for at least 2 years; 
3. Knowledge of MS Excel at a high level (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, VBA)
4. Knowledge of Power BI (DAX, building data models, selection of visual elements, gateway settings)< /li>
5. Knowledge of SQL (at the level of constructing sample queries) will be an advantage. 
6. Ability to describe business processes, compile technical specifications and test products. 
7. Ability to identify the analytical needs of stakeholders and convert them into simple and informative analytical tools.
8. English – no lower than intermediate (ability to learn from English-language resources/materials).
9. Ability to work with large data sets, high level of self-organization, willingness to work independently
