Sales Analyst in 525 Food Production, SIA

We are looking for careful sales / data analytics, that will join our part -time team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating and supporting various sales and inventory reports, providing accuracy and accessibility of data to support our business operations.

Type of employment: partial employment (4-5 times a day, with accessibility in the evening)

responsibilities: << 1. Update on a daily basis a sales report.

3. To get new products in the accounting system (CIN7).
4. Recover a report on retail sales on a weekly basis (sales Out).
5. Create QR codes, bar codes, food value information in case of new goods.
6. Creating AD-HOC Business Reports.
7. Understand logic calculation of fields in Google Sheets reports and adjust formulas taking into account business requirements.
8. Recover information about purchase and sale prices.
9. Update File about goods with new data.
10. Interact with the team and provide the necessary information for continuous business functioning.
11. Develop new reports in Redash, Google Sheets.

Skills Required:
1. Analytical mind.

2. Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel is sufficiently level.

3. Knowledge of SQL language and experience with Postgresql.

4. Data visualization experience using Redash.

5. Good or average English level.
