The Sales Manager’s role istooversee aportfolio ofassigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.The primary responsibilities for anSales manager:Serve asthe lead point ofcontact for all customer Sales/ Account management matters;Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;Negotiate contracts and close agreements tomaximize profits;Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors;Ensure the timely and successful delivery ofour solutions according tocustomer needs and objectives;Clearly communicate the progress ofmonthly/quarterly initiatives tointernal and external stakeholders;Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas ofimprovement tomeet sales quotas;Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts);Prepare reports onaccount status;Collaborate with sales team toidentify and grow opportunities within territory;Assist with challenging client requests orissue escalations asneeded.Requirements &Skills:Proven work experience asanSales Account Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Junior Account Manager orrelevant role;Demonstrable ability tocommunicate, present and influence key stakeholders atall levels ofanorganization, including executive andC-level;Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRMor HubSpot) and MSOffice (particularly MSExcel);Experience delivering client-focused solutions tocustomer needs;Proven ability tojuggle multiple account management projects atatime, while maintaining sharp attention todetail;Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;Strong verbal and written communication skills.ProbationStandard probation—3months(may beexceptional cases); Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Старший середній рівень Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Галузі Фінансові послуги
