Responsibilities: Sales and development of the Parkovy event business: active sales of conference services, event location services and responsibility for strategic sales development Parkovy. Market analysis and development of strategies to achieve the goals of attracting new customers. Customer service: conducting negotiations with potential and active work with current customers, concluding agreements. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through an individual approach and responsible fulfillment of set deadlines and fulfillment of defined KPIs. Strategic planning and analytics: participation in the strategic planning of the event calendar and location booking depth. Active participation in building sales business processes of the location. Analysis of data and sales performance for continuous improvement of sales strategies. Management of sales and customer communications: cooperation with the marketing team to maximize /improving and scaling the sales volume of the location. Interaction with customers, collection of reviews/feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of the internal service provision of the Parkovy location. Requirements: Experience and communications: minimum 3 years of experience in the field of sales and communications with the customer service. Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and business communication skills. Analytical skills: the ability to analyze market trends and derive strategies to optimize sales. Initiative and responsibility: initiative and responsibility for the business portfolio of clients and the achievement of set goals for the client. Creativity and vision: the ability to creative thinking and introducing innovative ideas into the development of the sales department. Knowledge of the English language – Intermediate (B1) stability and high status and cyclical development and acquisition of expertise.
