Safety Safety with English Knowledge (Officer, Security) in International Medical Corps

Basic tasks and responsibilities:

Interact with local security organizations, local security agencies, police and other emergency services within Ukraine. 

• assist in registration of new employees, registration of offices of the International Medical Corps, guest and warehouses. Assistance in obtaining a permit to restricted access zones (for personnel and vehicles) for all settlements of Ukraine, if it is permissible for prompt reasons

• keep in touch and advise coordinators on safety (SFP) if necessary

• Monitoring of safety measures within the programs

• ensure all field staff International Medical Corps with the most common threats to safety and providing advice on mitigating effects to reduce personnel vulnerability to these threats

• To ensure the proper use of the internal tracking system of incidents. Performing a limited images of incidents and analysis if necessary

• work together with managers in logistics and transportation of the International Medical Corps to ensure all drivers who work in the International Medical Corps on all aspects

• Manage, coordinate and perform all the responsibilities of the security guards of the International Medical Corps, work schedule and tablet Visit where all central and southern locations of the International Medical Corps. FONT-STYLE: Normal "> Other

  Minimum requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience at a specialist/safety manager level (security service, police or police or Civil Defense)

  • clear understanding of the security situation in Ukraine,

    with specific

    knowledge and understanding of the current conflict

  • Experience safe and efficient performance in difficult conditions. Style = "font-weight: 400"> Practical experience and knowledge of risk assessment, threats and factors of vulnerability, conflict mitigation and first aid
