About the company

We create modern AI solutions for medium and large companies. Our products automate internal communications, processes and work with corporate knowledge - from HR and Sales to Support and operational teams.

We are a small team that works with top-level companies in Ukraine. Therefore, we need not a "content writer on tasks", but a professional who thinks deeply, understands the context and knows how to work with technologies.

We need to promote the AI assistant product, which is the carrier of the company's knowledge and knows the answers to all questions.

Who we are looking for

An independent, structured and proactive marketer-copywriter who:

• is sincerely interested in the field of artificial intelligence and new technologies (this is really important);
• is ready to dive into the product, understand its logic, architecture and capabilities (therefore, the outsourcing option is difficult);
• understands B2B communications and needs corporate clients;
• can work with complex technological solutions;
• has strong conversion copywriting;
• is able to organize his own process without micromanagement;
• sees the product through the eyes of the client.

This is a role at the intersection of copywriting, product thinking and marketing strategy.

Main responsibilities

• Form and develop the product communication system: key messages, presentation structure, tone of voice.
• Prepare basic sales materials: presentation blocks, commercial texts, explanatory modules.
• Create content for external channels - in the formats you consider optimal (posts, articles, cases, reviews, etc.).
• Develop positioning concepts for different types of audiences: HR, Sales, Operations, management.
• Work with contractors, organize their work
• Lead your own content process: plan, shape, offer, create.
• Immerse yourself in the product to qualitatively transform complex ideas into understandable materials.
• Cooperate with the founder and team, turning their expertise into strong communication solutions.

Expectations for the first month

(very general and no micromanagement)

We expect that in the first month you will:

• understand the essence of the product, its capabilities, logic and typical scenarios use;
• create several key sales materials;
• prepare a starter set of content for external channels;
• organize your own workflow so that content is released regularly and autonomously.
