Requirements for candidates:

• Higher medical or pharmaceutical education;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• Knowledge and successful application of sales technologies;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Category B driver's license and 2 years of driving experience;
• Knowledge of the regional pharmaceutical market, its conditions, features and specifics, general information in fields of medicine and pharmacy;
• Good understanding of the structure of local healthcare facilities, hospitals/pharmacies;
• Basic understanding of physiology and pharmacology for a faster study of the Company's products and their features;

The main responsibilities of this role:

• Identification and classification of potential/key customers, creation, updating and administration of the customer database on in its territory;
• Visiting (on-line/offline) clients agreed with the manager according to the predetermined frequency, the number of visits per day and the sequence of visits, as provided by the company's strategy to ensure optimal coverage and visits to all target customers in the database with compliance with safety rules for the employee;
• Promoting better knowledge of brands by customers, a positive attitude towards them and ensuring the optimal prescription of drugs and increasing the share of prescriptions of the company's drugs;
• Dissemination of information about brands during each visit (online/offline) in accordance with the strategy provided for in the strategic guidance for the cycle;
• Informing the client about the advantages and characteristics of the company's products, about the features of their use in accordance with the established indications;

• Periodic collection of customer feedback and information about the market and competition and timely entry of information into databases, as well as providing information to the direct manager and/or other key persons;
• Planning and implementation of goals for customers and on products that are specified in the target matrix provided in the strategic guidance;
• Follow-up work with key physicians to ensure the level of brand recall, number of appointments and relationship development;
• Ensuring and monitoring the availability of products company in the required quantity in designated pharmacies to maintain the desired level of sales. Implementation of measures to correct the situation if necessary;
• Ensuring effective implementation of special campaigns and advertising activities at the pharmacy level;
• Conducting and participating in round tables, master classes, lectures and conferences in accordance with with a plan;
• Observance and conscientious implementation of the Code of Practice for Promotion and Interaction;
• Observance of safety rules and recommendations of the company management regarding the work schedule during martial lawin the country!
