Apply now!Learn more jti.comRRP Own Channels Manager (Manager / Manager of product development with reduced risk in own sales channels) In your area of ​​responsibility will be Development of the strategy for the development of the RRP* category and its implementation in own sales channels (own sales points in Shopping center and e-commerce channel), which includes pricing, distribution, brand communication and interaction with consumers in accordance with current legislation and regulation Strategic management the development of RRP's own sales points, namely the determination of new locations for sales points and conducting negotiations; implementation of motivation, reward and training strategies for sales point teams; pricing strategies and point-of-sale communicationsStrategic management of e-commerce channel development for RRP, namely control of channel operations, order processing, supply management, settlement of payment terms, control of payment discipline and document flowProject management involving cross-functional teams and establishing cooperation between different functions (including sales departments, logistics, finance, legal department and others) in projects related to the development of RRP in own sales channels Establishing cooperation with retail partners (shopping centers, e-com market places) and with external providers (agencies, equipment manufacturers, contracting organizations, etc.) Constant monitoring and analysis of activities competitors in own sales channels and responding to competitors' initiativesManagement of the budget and investments in initiatives to develop own sales channels. Development of business cases for approval of investments and control over their use. Necessary experience, skills and abilities Higher education in Marketing / Economics From 5 years of experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing and experience in Sales (experience working with key customers would be an advantage) in large FMCG companies or consumer electronics industry Experience with channel e-commerce (will be an advantage) Experience in managing large projects involving cross-functional teams Strong negotiation and communication skills Fluency in English - Upper-Intermediate+ level (communication with regional team and headquarters, preparation of English-language presentations for company management) What we offer Mixed model of work - 50/50 (work in the office / remote work).
