Your area of responsibility will include:
Development of the RRP* category development strategy and its implementation in own sales channels (own sales points in shopping centers and the e-commerce channel), which includes: pricing, distribution , brand communication and interaction with consumers in accordance with current legislation and regulation
Strategic management of the development of RRP's own sales points, namely: identification of new locations for points of sale and negotiations; implementation of motivation, reward and training strategies for sales point teams; pricing and communication strategies at the points of sale
Strategic management of the development of the e-commerce channel for RRP, namely: control by operations in the channel, order processing, supply management, solving payment terms, control of payment discipline and document flow
Project management involving cross-functional teams and establishing cooperation between different functions (including sales departments, logistics, finance, legal department and others) in projects related to the development of RRP in own sales channels p>
Establishing cooperation with retail partners (shopping centers, e-com market places) and with external providers (agencies, equipment manufacturers, contracting organizations, etc.)
Constant monitoring and analysis activities of competitors in their own sales channels and response to competitors' initiatives
Management of the budget and investments in initiatives for the development of own sales channels. Development of business cases for approval of investments and control over their use.
* Reduced Risk Products (RRP) are products that have the potential to reduce the risks associated with smoking.
Experience, skills and abilities required:
Higher education in Marketing / Economics
5 years of experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing and experience in Sales (experience working with key customers will be an advantage) in large FMCG companies or the consumer electronics industry
Management experiencelarge projects involving cross-functional teams
Strong negotiation and communication skills
li>Fluency in English - Upper-Intermediate+ level (communication with the regional team and headquarters, training of English speakers presentations for the company's Management) normal; font-weight: 400">
