- 2+ years of experience in the gaming industry in a similar position;
- Deep understanding of all casino products (slots, live casino, table games, poker);
- A clear understanding of the value of online casino games, trends in gambling products, etc.;
- Ability to evaluate providers and their games;
- Skills in identifying and closing gaps in the work of providers;
- Experience in communication with game providers;
- Ability to draw strong analytical conclusions with both complete and incomplete data;
- Data processing in online mode;
- Ability to make quick decisions.
Your daily tasks will be:
- Constant monitoring of all services and programs available to us, on which the entire work process of risk departments critically depends;
- Monitoring of game processes in online mode;
- Analysis of the entire gaming history of customers;
- Carrying out all measures to identify and limit negative players;
- Processing generated alerts - creating requests for casino providers;
- Control of the conditions of promotions and bonuses offered to customers;
- Communication on work issues with other departments of the company.
