Risk manager in CreditPlus

The company AVENTUS UKRAINE is one of the leaders of the non-bank lending market and the parent company of the non-bank financial group. 

We are looking for an experienced Chief Risk Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing a risk management strategy, monitoring risks of all types and ensuring their compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements.

The main task of this role - to ensure the stability and financial security of the company through proactive risk management and prevention of possible losses.

Type of employment: Full-time

Income: according to the results of the interview

Main functionality:

• implementation of the risk management system in the Company in accordance with the requirements of the NBU and the preparation of the Company's internal documents on risk management;

• implementation of general control over the company's compliance with the risk management strategy, declaration of risk appetite and management policies risks (credit, operational, liquidity risk); timely identification, measurement, monitoring, control, mitigation of company risks at all organizational levels and reporting to the company's management on identified risks.

p>•  monitoring and prevention of violations of risk-appetite indicators and risk limits, control of approximation of indicators to risk-appetite and risk limits.

•  implementation of comprehensive, adequate, effective system of corporate management of a non-banking financial group, where the Company is the responsible person, and preparation of GNI.  

•  fulfilment of other requirements of NBU regulatory acts regarding risk management in the Company/non-banking financial group;

•  organization of the risk management system of the non-banking financial group, determination of methodological principles of risk management in the group, control of the work of those responsible for risks in individual companies of the group.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of work experience in the field risk management in the financial or banking industry. Team management experience will be an advantage.

Knowledge and skills:

Deep understanding of credit, market, operational risks and their analysis methods.

Experience with regulatory requirements (NBU, Basel II/III, ISO 31000).

Analytical thinking, ability to make strategic decisions.
