We are looking for a Junior Risk Manager to join the team Covery.
It is a global risk management platform that helps companies prevent fraud, reduce risk and increase revenue. It was created in 2016 by a team of talented risk managers with more than ten years of experience in this field.

Fully remote work is expected, so we are looking for a specialist from any location in Ukraine.

From you at the start:

• higher economic or technical education;
• experience working with payments/disputing chargebacks;
• understanding how antifraud platforms work will be a plus;
• English Intermediate and above;
• knowledge of Excel at the level of simple formulas and summary tables;
• willingness to develop and share ideas.

You are expected the following tasks:

• verification of risky transactions;
• analysis of the effectiveness of antifraud rules;
• integration and support of Kaveri clients;
• appeal of chargebacks;
• KYC check.
