Goals and tasks of this position:

• Development and implementation of risk management strategy in accordance with the established risk appetite and standards of the company.
• Identification, assessment and monitoring of all types of risks (operational, credit, market, compliance risks) associated with the company's financial operations.
• Establishment of risk limits and control over their compliance, analysis of the effectiveness of current risk management measures.
• Implementation of three lines of defense in the internal control system, ensuring monitoring and control of compliance of operations with internal and external regulatory requirements.< /li>
• Cooperation with company divisions to identify potential risks, develop and implement recommendations to minimize them.
• Preparation of reports and analytical materials regarding profile of risks, violations and the level of compliance with security standards.
• Control of compliance with regulatory requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine, as well as internal policies and procedures in the field of risk management.
< li>Ensuring cyber security and information privacy, working with tools for data protection and reducing information risks.
• Development of risk minimization plans and implementation of measures in the event their onset.
  
  According to the above, we would like to see the following experience and skills in our candidate:
  • Higher education in the field of finance, economics or risk management.
  • Experience in the financial or payment field from 2 years, including management of operational, credit, market and compliance risks.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine, as well as current legislation in the field of financial and payment services.
  • Understanding of internal controls and three lines of defense in risk management, including compliance and internal audit.
  • Skills to identify, measure and monitor risks< /strong>, the ability to formulate risk limits and ensure their compliance in accordance with the company's risk appetite.
  • Experience in developing risk management policies and strategies and practical application of risk control tools.

  • Ability to work with confidential information and forensure data security and compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
