We are looking for a Risk Data Analyst to help the team improve the IT risk control system and identify technical issues in loan portfolio management.
This is not a "speed position". This is a role for a person who is interested in deep understanding of data, building causal relationships and bringing analysis to real results.
Proactive support and training within the team is provided.
Must have:
From 6 months of experience in a technical-analytical position or relevant practice
Experience of intensive courses in Data Analytics
Intermediate level of SQL (confident work with queries, aggregations, joins)
Basic / intermediate knowledge of R (will be an advantage) or Python
Understanding:
how to connect to databases
how to install programming languages
what are drivers
basic principles of IT environment operation
For us, analytical thinking and the ability to work with information is more important than the number of years on a resume.
Who we are we are looking for:
A person who:
is not afraid of voluminous, routine and complex work
is ready to work on one task for a week or more
attentive, systematic and consistent
proactive - adds TK with his own ideas
oriented towards problem solving, not formal execution of the task
This position is about the depth of analysis and the quality of the result.
Why it is interesting:
You work with real large data sets, not with training cases
Your work directly affects the quality of risk decision-making
Deep analytical focus — not a formal “closing of tasks”, but a search for reasons and regularities
Not suitable if you:
have 5-15+ years in fintech without technical bases
have completed short online courses without practical experience
plan to quickly move into development (an analytical role, not a developer)
