RFP Writer in Creative

We are looking for an RFP Writer who is skilled at crafting compelling, high-quality responses to RFPs and passionate about technical writing.Key ResponsibilitiesRFP Analysis & Documentation: Review RFPs to identify requirements, create comprehensive submission lists, and gather input from relevant teams.Content Creation & Updates: Develop response templates aligned with our branding, product strategy, and technical updates.Response Verification: Ensure all submissions are precise, compliant, and reflect our corporate messaging as well as fully address customer requirements.Tender Documentation: Prepare functional, non-functional, technical, and security content using internal and independent resources.Team Coordination: Manage deadlines and quality control, ensuring effective collaboration across teams.Library Management: Maintain and update a content library with best practices and the latest product information.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketplace, cloud, infosec, and R&D teams to align responses with our product capabilities and roadmap.Qualifications And SkillsExperience in technical writing or RFP responses. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Exceptional written communication and editing abilities. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage tight deadlines. Familiarity with corporate branding and documentation standards.
