Reward Specialist in Pro recruitment

Now the company is looking for a "Reward Specialist", become part of a cool team and contribute to a common cause!

Functional responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of performance evaluation systems.
• Identification of weak points in business processes and implementation of solutions to optimize them.
• Constant analysis and optimization of team performance, identification of opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Participation in the development of staff incentive programs that increase productivity and efficiency.
• Collaboration with HR on organizing training aimed at developing skills to increase efficiency.
• Reporting to top management on the progress and results of implemented changes, development of recommendations.

Requirements to the candidate:

• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
• Ability to work with KPI, OKR and other performance evaluation systems.
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to work with large data sets. Change management skills and implementation of new processes.
• Experience in optimizing business processes and increasing productivity.
• High communication skills, ability to work with top management and different teams.
