Your role will have a direct impact on company revenue. You’ll manage workflows, oversee a team of lead verifiers, and take charge of client accounts, all while driving efficiency and smashing revenue goals.This is a career-defining opportunity for someone who wants to move fast, own their outcomes, and thrive in a no-nonsense, high-output environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Management: Maintain and optimize Salesforce to ensure accurate data, seamless workflows, and actionable insights.Lead Oversight: Manage and support a team of lead verifiers responsible for screening and converting leads into revenue opportunities.Client Account Coordination: Act as the primary contact for client accounts, ensuring timely, high-quality lead delivery and prompt resolution of any issues.Process Optimization: Continuously identify and implement ways to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance lead quality.Team Collaboration: Work closely with administrators, lead verifiers, and leadership to align team performance with company goals.Performance Reporting: Track and report on key metrics, including lead volume, quality, and revenue impact, for internal teams and clients.What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM administration, or revenue operations.A tenacious, fast-moving personality with a proven ability to thrive under pressure.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a history of meeting deadlines in dynamic environments.Proficiency with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce)Experience managing workflows and leading small teams, with a proven ability to drive results.Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.Familiarity with lead generation, B2B marketing, or appointment-setting processes is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary Fully remote positionA high-energy, supportive team environment focused on achieving excellence.The chance to play a pivotal role in driving company success and revenue growth.If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to dive headfirst into a results-driven, fast-paced culture, we want to hear from you.
