Revenue Assurance Manager (RA Manager) in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

The Department of Control and Preservation of Income is looking for a new colleague to join its team. 

Main duties:

• Analysis and assessment of business processes, products/services for opportunity financial losses.
• Preparation of assessment and analysis documentation.
• Identification and analysis of possible risks when implementing new services, products and marketing campaigns.
• Development of measures to eliminate and financial warning losses, control of their implementation.
• Preparation of reports to the Company's management, external/internal auditors (periodic and upon request).
• Introduction of measures to create new controls in accordance with changes in processes, equipped.
etc.
• Introduction of control into operation; determination and submission to the head of the department for consideration of permissible discrepancies in controls.
• Determining the composition of analytical teams for the further operation of controls.
• Conducting an analysis of the effectiveness of existing controls and determining the need for changes in controls, the impact of new products and services to already existing ones.
• Management of the project to introduce changes to controls.
• Analysis of trends in controls to identify non-standard behavior of factors, search for regularities on disagreements.
• Coordination of the work of the analytical team to establish the causes of disagreements.
• Calculation of financial losses. Documenting the facts of discrepancies in accordance with current procedures.
• Ensuring the proper functioning and administration of the control system (system functioning, providing access, making changes, etc.). 

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (technical/economic).
• Experience of 3 years in a logical position (in the field of IT and/or telecommunications will be an advantage).
• Experience in managing software development projects (preferred).

• Understanding information processes in a telecommunications company (will be an advantage).
• Proficiency in analytical tools and software: SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Power BI, Revenue Assurance System (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, initiative, determination and  discipline.
• English language level B1 and above.
