What we entrust to you:

• Managing the technical aspects of the loyalty program, including setting the rules for calculating bonuses, the conditions of promotions, the discount system;
• Cooperation with the IT department to solve technical questions and implementation of new opportunities in the loyalty program;
• Collection and analysis of data on the results of loyalty program campaigns;
• Development of reports on the effectiveness of campaigns and providing recommendations for their improvement;
• li>Preparation for the launch and setting up of promotional campaigns through the loyalty program.

Expectations from you:

< li>High level of analytical skills;
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate new ideas;
• Experience with the configuration of loyalty programs, similar systems or setting up targeted advertising will be an advantage;
• li>Knowledge of the basics of marketing;
• Ability to work with content.
