Retention specialist in EvoPlay

Retention specialist is invited to cooperate.

Responsibilities:

• Filling the CRM system with content;
• Setting up the logic of bonuses and other user activation tools;
• Support and update of planned activities;
• Full cycle of development and management of marketing campaigns;
• Processing and analysis of feedback communication from users;
• Systematic analysis of competitors and the search for new product solutions aimed at increasing user retention;
• Implementation of new initiatives to improve retention indicators;
• Improvements of functionality product in order to optimize the user experience and maximize profit during the customer's life cycle.

Skills required:

• Experience in conducting campaigns from concept development, business logic to practical implementation.
• Skills in managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience in working with task setting and tracking tools (e.g. Jira);
• Analytical skills and good command of Excel;
• English level - intermediate or higher;
• Independence and ability to solve problems.

• Experience in Retention, Product Management, Product Marketing will be an important advantage, but not mandatory.
• Experience in conducting A/B tests will be an advantage.
