Retention marketing manager in our team will deal with the following tasks:

• Development and implementation of communication strategies for maintaining - channels;

• Organizational measures to retain and return customers, including promotions, promotional activities, reactive campaigns;

• Development and coordinationloyalty programs;

• Managing and analyzing trigger emails/SMS-messages;

• Processing product analytics, compiling technical tasks for creating reports;< /p>

• Generating ideas for new ones customer attraction and retention mechanic.

The filter for this position will be:

• Experience of working on the Internet or in direct marketing from 2 years;

• Experience in developing a communication strategy from scratch (e-mail, chatbots, SMS, web-push, auto calls, etc.);

• Experience of working with CRM systems, email platforms;

• Competent writing of texts (selling, trigger, content, reactivation);

• Knowledge in email marketing automation and setting up trigger email mailings;

• Experience in A/B testing, setup and launch yourself;

• Experience with subscriber bases;

• Ability to create technical tasks for IT specialists;

• Knowledge of the specifics of work in various markets, in particular in Asia;

• Proficiency in English, intermediate level.

• Clear understanding of concepts: Click Rate, Open Rate, CTR and others;

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and GTM;

• Willingness to work for results according to clear KPIs
