Main tasks: Planning, conceptualization and development of promotional offers with casino bonuses, including campaign planning, segmentation, preparation of briefs. Audience segmentation, increase retention rate.Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns.Track and report on key metrics such as customer lifetime value (LTV), first deposits (FTD) and churn rate.Bonus management. Identification and analysis of customer trends and behavior and provision of bonuses. Development of personalized campaigns with benefits based on customer data. Management of the customer life cycle from registration to development of activation, cross-selling, retention and return campaigns. Collaboration with the analytical team on customer segmentation, post-campaign analysis and optimization, return on investment (ROI), offers and bonus spend efficiency. Track customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for management. Manage promotional tools and communication channels, propose tool improvements bonuses and coordination with IT departments on the development and implementation roadmap.Strategy development, execution and control of CRM campaigns that have a commercial impact on the business.Active collaboration with data and business intelligence specialists to refine and improve strategies.Responsibilities? :Previous experience as a CRM/Retention Manager in the online gaming industry, at least 2 years in gambling, including at least 1 year in retention.Experience as a Bonus and Retention Manager.Proven experience in increasing customer engagement and retention.Highly customer-centric with excellent understanding of the customer lifecycle, behavior and customer journey. Good knowledge of CRM communication channels and general campaign best practices. Results-oriented and passionate about achieving goals.
