Now looking for a motivated and results-oriented Retention Manager who is ready to share his ideas with like-minded people and receive new knowledge and experience in return.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, developing concepts and creating promotions for casino and betting, including campaign planning, segmentation , preparing briefs, setting goals and KPIs.
- Managing the customer lifecycle: from engagement to developing campaigns for activation, cross-selling, retaining and returning customers.
- Collaboration with the analytical team for customer segmentation, post-campaign analysis and optimization, ROI evaluation, offer performance and bonus spend.
- Conducting A/B testing and analyzing customer behavior, trends, demographics and preferences for data-driven decision making and optimization campaign effectiveness.
- Managing promotional tools and communication channels, providing suggestions for improvements to bonus tools, coordinating with IT departments to develop and implement plans.
- Collaborating with creative teams to develop design concepts/materials and texts for communications, promotional campaigns and offers.
Requirements:
- CRM/Retention Manager experience in online gaming;
- Deep knowledge of casino games and customer behavior ;
- Customer orientation with an excellent understanding of the customer life cycle, its behavior and ways of interaction;
- Desire to optimize processes using quantitative and qualitative insights;
- Knowledge of channels CRM communications and campaign best practices;
- Strong cross-functional coordination and time management skills.
