Retention manager (junior) in KLO, AZK

Now we are looking for a Project Manager (CRM) for our marketing department.

What we expect from you:

• have experience working with loyalty programs (from 1 year);
• understand how CRM and loyalty programs work;
• have worked in email or direct marketing;
• have a higher education (economics / marketing / engineering - anything from of this party);
• attentive, responsible, able to work in a team;
• analytical mindset + English at intermediate level and above.

What you will do:

• you will upgrade our loyalty program;
• you will work in the Sparta Loyalty System - you will set up promotions, test, launch;
• you will automate CRM processes, build customer chains;
• you will coordinate joint projects with partners;
• you will help integrate the loyalty program in the application, at the checkout and in partner solutions;
• you will write technical tasks, communicate with developers, keep your hand on the pulse of the project;
• look for where you can make the customer experience even cooler;
• participate in the creation of bright promotional campaigns.
