FinTech company Portmoneis the first Ukrainian payment and online transfer system that has been developing non-bank payment solutions since 2002 (B2B and B2C services and products).

We are expanding the marketing team and are looking for a specialist who will take over the full cycle of customer retention (B2C and B2B).
Key tasks:
Setting up and optimizing trigger chains (e-mail, push, Viber, SMS, In-App) to support the client at all stages of the funnel.
Formation and distribution of regular digests adapted to the needs of B2C and B2B segments.

Work on increasing the average check and stimulating the use of all ecosystem services.
Improving the conversion of customers into payment
Working on increasing the level of Retention Rate
Onboarding new customers and increasing customer lifecycle. candidate:
Experience in Omnichannel/Direct Marketing: Building complex cross-platform chains (Web + App + Email). You understand the user journey (Retention Loop) and know how to synchronize push notifications, email and in-app messages.
Expertise in eSputnik: Fluency with the tool at an advanced level. You know how to use complex segmentation, dynamic content and automated scripts "under the hood".
Data-driven approach and analytics:
Confident work with Google Analytics 4 and Power BI.
The ability not just to look at graphs, but to find patterns in them (flow analysis, LTV, Retention Rate, Cohort analysis).
Hypotheses and testing: Experience in generating, prioritizing (e.g. ICE/RICE framework) and validating hypotheses. You make decisions based on numbers, not intuition.
Automation and Optimization: Aiming to automate everything that works manually. Experience in setting up trigger systems that work without your minute-by-minute involvement.
Technical background (would be an advantage): Basic understanding of how data transfer APIs work to provide clear TOR to developers.
