The main tasks of the future support service manager:

• Processing outgoing calls to clients;
• Acquainting clients with current offers on the website;
• Assisting in solving client issues of any difficulty;
• Communicating in a friendly style , according to the specified standards;
• Communication with other departments to solve customer issues;
• Active participation in the development and improvement of processes within the team and the company;

• Had experience communicating with clients (on the phone or face-to-face);
• Was emotionally stable and knew how to navigate quickly in difficult situations;

• He was fluent in Ukrainian;
• He was over the age of 21 (provided by the gambling business legislation);
• He had a good mood and a thirst for new victories - 24/ 7.
