📌Requirements :

• Experience from the 1st year in a similar position in the field of educational projects;
• Experience in increasing customer engagement and retention;
• Have a full set of skills of a sales manager - handling objections, customer support, building a sales funnel, etc.;
• Experience with LTV metrics and product line;

• Excellent communication skills skills.

📌Duties:

• Work with the database of existing of customers (customers who have already bought a course);
• Tracking and reporting on key metrics such as customer lifetime value (LTV);
• Managing the customer lifecycle from registration to retention and campaigns returning customers;
• Tracking customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement;
• Creating strategies and funnels to increase customer loyalty and activity;

• Implementation of new methods to improve interaction with clients.
