Retention manager in DNIPRO-M, OOO

This role is for you if you:

• Have experience in creating and running e-mail, SMS and push mailings (from 6 months);
• You understand retention marketing: you know how segmentation, automation and trigger chains work;
• You confidently work with ESP/CDP platforms (for example, eSputnik, Klaviyo, SendPulse or similar);
• You analyze efficiency of your work through OR, CTR, CR metrics and monitor deliverability;
• You have basic HTML/CSS to adjust the letter template yourself;
• You know how to write texts that focus on a specific target audience and are adapted to specifics channel;
• You combine an analytical approach with initiative, ambition and cool self-organization.

Your area of responsibility will include:

• Participation in strategy: you will help develop and implement a communications strategy that transforms simple users to loyal customers.
• Starting campaigns: you will be the "conductor" of e-mail, SMS and push mailings, configuring and optimizing complex trigger chains.
• Experiments and A/B tests: we are waiting for your ideas - test hypotheses, compare options and find what works best.
• Working with the audience: you will skillfully segment the base so that each customer receives exactly the personalized offer he is waiting for.
• Data-driven solutions: analysis of results is your base. You will evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make decisions based on numbers, not on intuition.
