We invite to our team Retention Manager

Functional duties:

CRM strategy and analytics

• Development and implementation of retention strategy for B2C and B2B directions
• Analysis of user behavior (website, mobile applications, applications, connections, extension of contracts)
• Identification of patterns and formation of behavioral signals
• Building segmentations (RFM, cohort, customer life cycle)
• Control of key metrics: LTV, retention rate, churn rate, conversion to contract

Automation and communication (email/mobile push/SMS)

• Building and optimization of trigger scenarios:
• welcome and warm-up of leads
• follow-up after consultation / settlement
• reminder about contract extension
• win-back and reactivation
• Launch of promotional campaigns for upselling additional services
• Work with mobile application: push communications, behavioral scenarios
• A/B testing of messages and of scenarios
• Writing texts for communications and setting technical specifications for the designer

Management of CDP and data quality

• Working in eSputnik: building automation, segmentation logic
• Control of correctness of data collection and transmission
• Formation of requirements for transmission of events from the site, application and CRM

Professional knowledge and skills /hard skills:

• 2+ years of experience in CRM / retention / lifecycle marketing
• Experience with CDP (eSputnik)
• Practical experience building trigger scenarios
• Understanding LTV, churn, retention, segmentation
• Analytical thinking and systematicity
