We are an international call center in the field of Health & Beauty, operating in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe.
Our business is rapidly scaling, so we are looking for a Retention Manager to help us build a strong customer retention system, increase LTV and develop the customer experience.

What you will do
• launch and support retention-projects that increase repeat sales
• analyze customer journeys and customer interaction funnels
• create and test retention-hypotheses (A/B testing)
• work with customer segmentation and launch trigger communications
• analyze key metrics: LTV, Churn Rate, ARPU, ARPPU, Cohort Analysis
• optimize processes that affect conversion and margin
• prepare analytical reports and insights for management
• collaborate with teams marketing, sales and analytics to improve the customer lifecycle
We are looking for someone who
• has 2+ years of experience in Retention / CRM / Customer Success / Lifecycle Marketing
• has a good understanding of the mechanics of customer retention and LTV growth
• worked with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• confident in Excel / Google Sheets
• has basic knowledge of SQL (will be an advantage)
• knows how to build customer segmentation and trigger communications
• has experience in sales analysis and launching new hypotheses
• thinks analytically and loves working with data
• knows how to manage tasks and work with cross-functional teams
