- iGaming experience (betting/casino);
- Knowledge of CRM tools (email, push notifications, SMS, messengers);
- Experience building communication chains (welcome flow, bonuses, re-deposits, reactivation);
- Understanding of working with VIP players and bonus mechanics;
- Ability to work with retention metrics;
- Experience in Tier-3 markets (Africa/Latham) is desirable.
