You will work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail, organization and efficiency in working with data are important.

Your tasks:

• Calculation of bonuses: update and segmentation of the database, loading of user data into CRM.
• Creation and setting up bonus programs: setting up bonuses and marketing campaigns to attract customers.
• Working with users: preparing message templates and personalizing content before sending.
< li>Performance analysis: collection and monitoring of statistical data to evaluate the results of marketing campaigns.

< strong style="font-weight: 700">What is required of you:

• Experience of working in the financial sphere or contact center (will be your advantage);
• Understanding the principles of work and tasks of the retention department;
• Basic knowledge of Excel and skills in working with tables;
• Knowledge of CRM systems: experience with CRM and databases.
