Basic requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Fluent English is a must;
• The possibility of traveling abroad on a business trip;
• Attention and the ability to work in multitasking mode, communication, self-discipline and responsibility.

Functional duties:

• Participate in the opening of new TTs;
• Work with the staff of the retail network (recruitment, adaptation, training, holding meetings);
• Plan and take measures to achieve the planned indicators for TT (sales and KPI);
• Monitoring competitors;< /li>
• Work with employee motivation (contests, incentives and rewards for TT personnel);
• Ensuring a high level of service of customers;
• Control of inventories in stores;
• Control of store staff compliance with rules, internal work procedures, safety equipment, fire safety, industrial sanitation and hygiene requirements.
