Retail network development specialist, rental manager in LPP Ukraine

LPP is an international Polish company that has been successfully working in the field of fashion and retail for over 30 years. Our company manages five recognizable brands: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay. 

Currently, we have already opened over200 stores in Ukraine. 

We have ambitious plans for the future and are actively expanding our capabilities, so we are looking for a Development Manager for our Leasing Department:

Development Manager (Sinsay chain of stores)< /p>

Main goals and tasks in this position:

• Search for real estate for rent for our stores;
• Conduct negotiations with lessors, agree terms;
• Accompany the opening of stores and interact with other departments of the company;
• Work with the database;
• Perform contractual work.

  Leasing department team:

  Head of department, 12 development managers (leasing manager).

  Requirements for our candidates:

  • Z 3+ years of work experience in retail and international companies;
  • English proficiency level B1+;
  • A confident user of Excel;
  • Readiness to business trips in Ukraine (70-80% of working time)
