Our partner is opening a vacancy of Retail Marketing Support Specialist in Kyiv for ongoing work in document and payments to partners.
Main Role Responsibilities:
- Documentation processing, goods and services purchasing support, payment management within RM Team
- Process discipline and process KPI management in accordance with GPPM process requirements (e.g. timely EO process, timely posting, etc.)
- Branding bonus documentation support Including negotiations with partners
- Initial document assessment, SAP documentary issues handling, pre-approval processing with admin departments
- Handling all the necessary documentation and hard copy forms, contracts, etc., for the efficient, cost-effective execution in line with company policies
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- English B2 is a must
- 2+ years working in trade marketing / sales analysis / field force management
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macroses), Power Point
- SAP is a plus
- Higher education: BS or MS Degree (Economy, etc.) or equivalent
