We are looking for a Retail Director who will be able to realize the strategic potential of the business, optimize operational processes and create a strong team focused on achieving high sales results. If you have experience in the field of retail trade, possess strategic and systemic thinking and are ready to take responsibility for brand development, we are waiting for you!
Your responsibilities:< /p>
Strategic management:
- Develop and implement strategies for the development of the Center Kyiv, which are aimed at increasing the profitability of the store and the compliance of its offer with the requests of the target audience.
- Analyze market trends and competitors, identify growth points to increase sales and expand the assortment.
- Make operational decisions in cases of force majeure (for example, logistical problems, supply interruptions or critical situations in the store's operation). demand for goods.
- Understand the customer: analyze the needs and behavior of buyers to increase their loyalty.
- Determine the optimal pricing policy, harmonize the assortment of goods with the needs of consumers
- Personally participate in the selection of candidates for key positions in the store, ensure the process of adaptation of new employees.
- Ensure regular training for employees (sales, customer service, implementation of service standards).
- Set individual and team sales plans, regularly analyze their implementation.
- Ensure team motivation through bonus systems, feedback communication and corporate events.
Financial control:
- Control daily and monthly reports on turnover, average check, margin and conversion.
- Form annual and quarterly budgets, conduct regular analysis of the implementation of financial plans.
- Identify reasons for deviations from planned indicators and implement corrective measures (for example, change the assortment or format of promotions ).
Marketing and merchandising:
- Develop a calendar of promotions and events together with the marketing department, approve their budget.
- Control the design of sales areas, product placement and zoning in accordance with merchandising standards.
- Analyze the results of marketing activities (for example, sales growth during promotions or events) and adjust the strategy.< /li>
