Your tasks will be:

• attracting and supporting your own client portfolio.

What is important to us in your experience:

Hard skills:

• work experience in the field of RB not less than 1 year;
• knowledge of banking products for individual clients;
• ability to analyze the client's income and expenses;
• knowledge of currency operations, mortgage loans, card products, experience of working with non-residents;
• control of own client portfolio, ability to analyze core clients and ensure their growth;
• mastery of cross-sell techniques for clients of the Republic of Belarus;
• knowledge of NBU requirements, financial monitoring rules.

Soft skills:

• client orientation, ability to build long-term relationships;
• ability to make decisions and respondideality;
• possession of active listening and negotiation techniques;
• emotional intelligence: the ability to read the emotions of colleagues and clients, control one's own emotions in stressful situations;
• discipline in meeting deadlines and confidentiality;
• initiative, the ability to anticipate client needs.
