Restructuring Consultant in KPMG

KPMG's Turnaround and Restructuring team regularly provides financial advisory services in the largest Restructuring deals in Ukraine. 

Currently we are looking for Consultant / Senior consultant willing to join our friendly Restructuring team. 

Principal Accountabilities: 

• Working in an interdisciplinary group to perform complex restructuring services assignments, mostly, independent business reviews, which includes financial analysis, modelling, valuation
• Communicating with clients and target companies, collecting information, conducting detailed financial analysis, and reporting on findings 
• Providing support to management in the engagement planning and management process 
• Ad-hoc administrative support 
• Coaching and supervising junior staff  

 Requirements:  

• Degree from a leading Ukrainian or International University 
• Working experience in finance for at least 1 year 
• Knowledge of IFRS and Ukrainian accounting standards is a must 
• ACCA/CFA passed papers will be a plus 
• Knowledge of English at upper intermediate level 
• Proficiency in Excel 
• Good communication skills 
• Analytical mindset 
• Ability to work under pressure 
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly
