Requirements:

• Experience as a manager from 2 years in a restaurant
• Experience in financial management and business planning
• Experience in personnel management, staff motivation and team building, ability to inspire a team
• Main requirement — love for work, for Guests, customer orientation!

Responsibilities:

• Planning of financial and business activities
• Implementation of planned business indicators
• Daily organization and control of all areas of restaurant work, communication with Guests
• Control of compliance with HACCP standards
• Increasing sales, profit , restaurant productivity
• Selection and training of personnel
• Reporting according to established company standards
