We are Vbet Ukraine – a bookmaker and organizer of gambling games, an official representative of the VBET brand, which has been operating since 2020 on the market of Ukraine. VBET Ukraine was the first in the country to receive all three online gambling licenses from the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries of Ukraine.

In connection with the active expansion of our company, we are looking for a dedicated and energetic Researcher /Junior recruiter on recruiting talent for our team. Your role will be to find and select the best specialists for our company.

Our main expectations:

• Work experience in a similar position - from 6 months ;
• You have a desire to learn and develop in the field of recruiting;
• Knowledge of modern methods and tools in the search for personnel;
• Strong communication skills, the ability to negotiate and work with objections;
• Ability to work in a team and effectively cooperate with different departments of the company;
• Successful experience of working with several vacancies at the same time;

Areas of responsibility:

• Search and selection of candidates for junior vacancies (Non-tech);
• Establishment of initial contacts and pre-screening of potential candidates;
• Communication with candidates at all stages of the recruiting process, providing timely feedback;
• Help in writing texts and placement of vacancies on job boards;
• Maintenance of the internal database of candidates;
• Search for new sources of attracting candidates;
• Reporting on the personnel selection process;

• Work with ATS (PeopleForce).
