We are currently looking for a researcher in one of our companies, namely recruiting agency "WANTED", ="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">more than 10 years specializes in search and selection of specialists of all levels in Ukraine and abroad. We are looking for an active and proactive person, who can independently propose and generate ideas.

What tasks will face you:

• find the maximum possible number of resumes according to the requirements of the application;

• use alternative sources;

• conduct an initial interview; /span>

• communicate with recruiters about vacancies;

• using networking to get contacts of targeted job candidates.

What skills are needed to join the team:

• experience as a Researcher from the 1st year with various types of vacancies;

• experience working with various search channels: boolean search, x-ray, linkedin, facebook, headhunting;

• variability of thinking, proactivity, focus on the result.
