What will need to be done:
search for relevant profiles under the guidance of a recruiter;
< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">screening for the selection of candidates;
keeping the database of candidates in CRM;
monitoring relevance of vacancies on job portals and informing recruiters about problems, if any;
market analysis and adjusting the search strategy according to the latest trends.
Our expectations from you:
minimum 1 year of experience in IT;
ability to use modern IT specialist search tools;
know the methods and best practices of recruitinglu;
basic technical literacy in IT;
Will plus:
expertise in the direction of DevOps;
experience with ATS;
knowledge of the English language.
