What will need to be done :
- searching for relevant profiles under the guidance of a recruiter;
- conducting screening for candidate selection;
- maintenance of the candidate database in CRM;
- monitoring the relevance of vacancies on job portals and informing recruiters of problems, if any;
- market analysis and adjustment of the search strategy according to the latest trends.
Our expectations from you:
- minimum 1 year of experience in IT;
- ability to use modern search tools for IT specialists ;
- know the methods and best practices of personnel selection;
- basic technical literacy in IT;
Will be a plus:
- experience of finding specialists in the DevOps field;
- experience of working with ATS Persia;
- knowledge of the English language.
- work schedule from 9:00 / 10:00 to 18:00 / 19:00, no overtime;
- remote work format;
