Head of the study in Klub dobrodiyiv, Blagodiyniy fond

Klub Dobrodiyiv" is an all-Ukrainian charitable organization that has been helping children since 2016. The foundation works to ensure that every child has the right to a safe and happy childhood, as well as a chance for success, regardless of social status and life circumstances.

One ​​of our projects is "Mentoring"with the support of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) . The project was implemented in order to support teenagers, improve their emotional state and help them find a point of support within themselves. 

We invite to our team a Research Manager who will help implementation of projects that change the lives of young people.

TASKS, WHAT SHOULD BE PERFORMED:

1. Collection of information relating to or relevant to to the issues of mentoring in Ukraine / the world, both freely available and on request from state bodies, public organizations, etc.;
2. Consolidation of this information in electronic form in accordance with the developed classifier (provided by the project manager);
3. Analysis of collected data, presentation of analysis results and conclusions, descriptive hypotheses;
4. Development of a strategy and TOR for the contractor for conducting research;
5. Forming conclusions based on research results for future strategy;

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS THAT WILL BE NEEDED:

• working with data: searching for information, consolidation of digital and textual data analytics, presentation of research data;
• ability to work with contractors: briefing on tasks, control of deadlines;
• professional user of Excel;
• high level of organization and responsibility, attention to details.

We are looking for specialists with various experience, but a strong plus will be experience:

• work in charitable organizations, an employee of the Department of Sociology, a postgraduate student in sociology or psychology, or a manager in a research office or companies;
• cooperation with international organizations and donors;
