About the project

GO Free People's Employment Center is an organization that since 2015 supports veterans, IDPs, women, people with disabilities, in professional and entrepreneurial self-realization. We implemented 40 projects and helped more than 31,000 people. Participants of our programs successfully reintegrate into society, find work according to their vocation, open their own businesses or public organizations.

We are currently looking for an analyst / researcher for a research project aimed at forming a systematic understanding of the needs of veterans in the field of employment and strengthening their economic integration. The results of the research will be used to develop practical recommendations for authorities and businesses, as well as for the advocacy of an inclusive veteran employment policy.

Main tasks:

• participation in the development of the design of quantitative and qualitative research
• analysis of barriers and factors of successful employment of veterans
• preparation of analytical materials and a report with practical recommendations
• participation in formulating proposals to authorities regarding the improvement of veteran employment policies
• preparation and participation in the presentation of research results for a round table with the participation of specialized state, public and business organizations sectors.

• practical experience of analytical work v
• practical experience or understanding of quantitative and qualitative methodologies of research
• experience working in a veteran topic will be an advantage
• analytical thinking, the ability to work with data and formulate conclusions and recommendations
• skills in writing analytical texts
• the ability to work in a team and interact with partners
