We are currently looking for Reputation Specialist (PR&reviews)in one of our portfolio companies. 

What challenges await:
–Working with brands in the social discovery niche;
– Ambitious goals and objectives that contribute to rapid professional growth in the areas of reputation management;
– Strategic interaction with feedback platforms and proactive communication with their representatives;
– Process control and participation in strategic projects.

What is important to us:
Must have:
– Competent English (B1+) for effective communication with contractors/partners/contractors;
– Basic understanding of SERP/SERM and principles of Business Online Reputation;
– Knowledge of principles of work review of platforms and their features for building an effective strategy; 
– Skills for working with a large amount of data, the ability to structure it and use it to optimize processes.

Nice to have:
- Experience with review platforms (Trustpilot, Sitejabber, Reviews io);
- Knowledge of brand monitoring tools (Brand24, YouScan, Mention) or SEO analysts (Ahrefs, Mangools);
- Ability to effectively use artificial intelligence in optimization tasks and planning.
