Reporting Support Specialist in ELEKS

ELEKS is looking for a Reporting Support Specialist in Ukraine.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Up to 1 year of relevant work experience
• Understanding of financial reporting principles, accounting basics, and business analytics
• Knowledge of data processing, reporting tools, and best practices in financial analysis
• Familiarity with corporate financial reporting systems and internal controls
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and maintain financial and operational reports using Excel and other reporting tools
• Analyze data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting requirements
• Support the finance team in preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Work with large datasets, using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to streamline reporting processes
• Assist in the automation and optimization of reporting workflows
• Collaborate with various departments to collect and validate data for reporting purposes
• Ensure timely delivery of reports and proactively identify areas for improvement in data management and reporting
